Order our gum paste gerber daisy cake decorations to complete your gerber daisy wedding cake design, and turn a simple cake into a whimsical work of art. To create the look shown on our gerber daisy cake, pipe green frosting "stems" up sides of cake tiers and position gerber daisy flowers as shown. Secure with dabs of stiff, fresh frosting. (On fondant cakes, melted candy coating could also be used.) As an alternative, roll green fondant into "stems" and position on cake sides.

Gerber Daisies are sold in packages of three. With each package, you get two 3" gerber daisies and one 2.5".

Ordering: There is no expiration with gum paste decorations. They will keep indefinitely if stored properly. Availability and price are subject to change without notice. Early ordering is recommended, as supplies may at times be limited.

Storage: Store at comfortable room temperature. Protect from light, humidity, and pests. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

All of our products are made by hand in our licensed bake shop and are available exclusively through our website.

** We package our gum paste items with great care and rarely have any problems with breakage. Due to the delicate nature of this product, however, we do ask that you be reasonable in your expectations and understand that minor breakage or chipping of one or two pieces does not render an entire package unusable.
